Beginning with the initial consultation and continuing through successive meetings and site visits, an agenda for the design will be created. This program will consider all aspects of the existing site including: conditions, views, exposure, soil, and topography.

The program will then expand to include site features, amenities and a comprehensive planting design. The planting design will be complete to include; size, texture, color, bloom time and scent.

As this agenda is drafted into a plan and further into a design, we are able to take our landscape design's to the next level...the level of three dimensional modeling and perspective imaging! This results in the ability to walk you through your new landscape, before any construction begins.

However, if you prefer the more traditional approach of hand drafting and conceptual coloring...we can provide that as well! The focus at this point, will then turn to the technical requirements of the site. These technical requirements for the site may include and not be limited to: erosion control issues, wetland requirements, or accessibility and should be addressed in order for the final design to be distinctive and successful.
